WEEK 52- SERVICE!

Hello all!

How goes life? I hope its been good! This last week was not all that interesting! We did have a Multi Zone conference on Tuesday which was really neat to be able to see and hear from President and Sister Carmack! We talked about the attributes of Christ and how when we try to be more like Christ our interest in helping others goes up and we see even more miracles in our lives! 

We found a new investigator this past week! Well we didn't find her more like she screamed to us from her house hahaha Her name is Maura and she said that she wanted to come to church and that her sons did also! She is actually and Old Investigator that stopped listening to the missionaries and wanted to start again because she knows its true! Here's hope she can get married so that she can be baptized! 

Leslies baptism will be this Sunday!! What a great way to spend Easter Sunday! She is so excited and has been talking about this whole weekend! Her Inactive mom will even be coming to see it! 

On Saturday we had a service project paint the inside and outside of some of the Hermanas house! They have had some problems so we decided to get it nice and clean and make it feel happy and lighter! Heres some pics!

I hope this week we will be able to remember our Savior a little more and His atoning sacrifice that he did for each and every single one of us. I know He lives and I know He loves us all infinitely. We can apply the atonement in our lives everyday and grow closer and closer to our Savior. I love you all so much and hope you all have a fantastic week keeping our Savior in our minds.

WEEK 51- Time flies!

Hey everybody! Sorry for not emailing for a while! Its been a crazy change!

We have two new super investigators! 

Leslie! She is 15 and is practically a member! All of her family are members and she has been going to church the majority of her life! No one told us about her because people forget she isn't a member! So we started teaching her and are getting her ready to be baptized as soon as possible! 

Scott!- He is 16 and it was so cool we found him as a street contact and found out that his father is a member inactive and that he remembers when his dad took the lessons form the missionaries in a different city! It was so neat and then we went to visit him and this kid is so prepared! He may have a ton of obstacles to over come but he has faith and we know that this gospel with bless him so much! Last night we were finally able to meet his family and his parents and it was so beautiful to be able to talk to them and meet them. The spirit was so strong and I know that one day they will be an eternal family. They just have some things to overcome.

Fam Vargas is still solid as ever! Nayelis the daughter bore her testimony on Sunday in sacrament meeting! It was so beautiful and she was so nervous it was adorable! 

Fam Barrios may not be the whole family still But the husband and the son are so interested! Every week we go and Frederico still has so many question and we left a BoM and left the first 2 chapters and he read 5! and is still reading! Now we are trying real hard to get the wife back on board to listening to us but man is it so great! I love the questions! 

One year serving the Lord has passed by and I am more than grateful for everything I have been able to learn and experience. I know without a shadow of a doubt that Christ lives and That the Lord has a plan for each and everyone of us. We may have trails in our lives but looking back we can always see the strength and support we received and how we have changed for the better. I know that the Lord puts in the exact place we need to be in to the help the people we need to help. I love this gospel and am so grateful for it in my life. Because of this gospel I have received so many blessings because of it. I have my eternal family and I have the blessing of the temple in my life. I share these things and testify of them in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

I love you all so much and thank you all for your love and support! Remember the Savior in this Easter season and think of all the things you may have thanks to His atonement for you.
